What it is
Caffeine constricts blood vessels, which reduces fluid-related puffiness for a few hours. That is a real effect and this delivers it cheaply. It is worth being clear that most dark circles are caused by pigment or shadow, and no topical caffeine addresses those.
How to use it: Ring finger, gentle tapping, orbital bone only.
